Dinner Begins with the Black & Tan's bread service, presented with grated parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Our freshly-baked bread selection includes: Spinach & Sundried Tomato Pesto, Green & Black Olive, Onion & Walnut, and Classic French. Each of our steaks and seasonal entrées are accompanied by either soup du jour or a salad of mixed greens. Our dressing selection includes: Parmesan Peppercorn with Goat Cheese, French, Mango-Lime Vinaigrette, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Creamy Italian, and Hot Bacon Dressing. Be sure to ask your server about our new specialty salads including Caesar Salad and Spinach Salad.
Black and Tan: Center cut choice tenderloin grilled to order, served atop an oven bronzed bleu cheese bruschetta topped with caramelized onions and surrounded by natural jus demi and a chevre demi swirl. Served with baby red garlic mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus. Angus Ribeye: A 16oz Angus Ribeye topped with maitre d' butter and crispy haystack onions. Served with baby red garlic mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus. New York Strip: A 14oz New York strip grilled to order and served with seasoned mashed potatoes with mascarpone cheese.
