This nice salad is a wonderful appetizer served in a martini glass or an amazing accompaniment to almost any fish dish.

Lobster Crab Salad
¼ red onion
¼ red pepper
2 stalks celery
¼ c sour cream
¼ c mayo
1 tsp old bay
½ tsp dill
1 tsp rice vinegar
½ tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic
½ can crab, lump
1 c lobster meat, ½ inch dice, steamed
Seafood base to taste
1 Tbsp capers (optional)

 

Mix all ingredients except for seafood and season to taste.  Gently fold in seafood so as not to break up the crab.

This recipe goes wonderfully on Halibut or any whitefish, or simply place 1/2 cup into a martini glass and garnish with fresh dill and toast points.
