Since 1998, we at the Black & Tan Grille have been working fastidiously to establish our reputation as De Pere's premier restaurant and bar.  Thanks to our loyal guests, the Black & Tan remains at the top of the list for upscale dining in Northeast Wisconsin.  Inside, you'll find an elegant but contemporary décor, fitting the theme of our restaurant.  With rich hardwood and candlelight in the bar, and dark tones that match the black and tan table linens in the dining rooms, you'll find the atmosphere chic yet approachable.  Our restaurant is elegant without taking from the simple comfort of De Pere.  At the table, you'll notice that in addition to our signature steak selection, our menu is redesigned with the season; allowing for use of the freshest seasonal ingredients.  The cuisine is best described as nouvelle; using the finest ingredients to create the perfect yet simple dish.  Our chefs also add a bit of fusion-cooking, mixing classic ethnic variations to create flavor combinations which tantalize the palate.  As a companion to our chefs' culinary genius is our wine list, suiting nearly every taste and occasion.   To ensure that all of our guests are provided with a superior dining experience, reservations are recommended.  In addition to general dining, we can accommodate private parties.  More information can be obtained by clicking here or by phoning the restaurant and speaking with our Restaurant Manager.   We look forward to entertaining you and your guests.
