Thank you for inquiring about our “Private Room” accommodations located inside the CopperLeaf Hotel. The Autumn Room is a conference room capable of accommodating 84 guests in its entirety, or it may be divided into two smaller rooms each accommodating up to 42 guests. Projection screens are available on each side and an audio system is available throughout. The open floor plan allows for setup in theatre style, banquet, classroom or tables of rounds. A dinner in the Autumn Room may be preceded by a reception and cocktails in the hotel’s Mezzanine Lounge. This unique setting absorbs the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel and would be perfect to host a lunch buffet or a hors d’ oeuvre or cocktail party. The Globe Board Room features an executive style table and may accommodate up to 10 guests. Small semi-private parties of 20 or less can also be accommodated in our restaurant. A confirmation of your reservation must be finalized through the CopperLeaf Hotel. All details in regard to room set-up and audio-visual equipment must be confirmed through the hotel. The Black & Tan will assist you with your food and beverage selections. We do require your final and guaranteed number of guests attending to be called in 3 days prior to the event. Should your final number fall below the stated number of guests, a room charge of $15.00 per guest will apply. All groups of 15 or more will be asked to arrange a limited menu of no more than 3 menu selections. A 20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage charges. Please note our menu changes seasonally. A current menu will be provided to you prior to your event. Our policy is designed to allow your group the most professional and enjoyable event possible.
