Thank you for inquiring about our "Private Room" accommodations at the Black & Tan Grille of De Pere. These accommodations are available Sunday through Thursday (Friday and Saturday availability based upon business volume). Our second floor accommodations have a minimum guarantee of fifteen (15) guests and our third floor accommodations have a minimum guarantee of twenty-five (25) guests. There is no charge for the room as long as the number of guests does not fall below the room minimum. Should your final numbers fall below the minimums a charge of $15.00 per guest below the minimum will be added to the final bill. (This is not an entree charge, it is simply a surcharge to ensure minimums are met.) All groups will be asked to limit their entree selection to three or four entree choices and a twenty percent (20%) gratuity will be added to the total food and beverage bill. Please note our menu changes seasonally. We at the Black and Tan Grille will make sure that groups are updated on the change of menu selections. Our policy is designed to allow your group the most professional and enjoyable event possible. Our private room accommodations are limited. If you would like to make a reservation, our Executive Chef and General Manager, Chris Mariucci, will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
